AllieKits Network, Inc. creates pathways for girls and young women in creative arts and entrepreneurship through mentorship, hands-on learning, and industry partnerships. By fostering creative expression, leadership, and economic empowerment, we equip them with the skills and opportunities to thrive in creative industries and close gender gaps in leadership and business.
In our changing society its’ critical that our girls develop a visual road map to reach their highest potential.

Rosemary Wilson, COO
My coaching and mentoring style inspire individuals to tap into their inner potential. To motivate them to envision their bigger picture, through interactive exercises and workshops. Focused on the sole purpose for young girls to become successful entrepreneurs, able to see and fulfill their visions for their business or their passion.
Allie Knows, Founder & CEO
My years of experience in youth services along with my education in the field of Psychology has gifted me the skillset to motivate others, understand the behavior of individuals manage difficult situations, and carry out projects with limited information or experience, all which are necessary skills as an entrepreneur. As a creative leader my coaching style is nurturing in that I focus on helping others improve their strengths.

As a federal government contracting professional, I provide insight and knowledge for small business owners. Clearing up confusing and multilayered concepts, giving business owners the confidence and motivation necessary to “crack the code”. I use this information to teach youth how to start a business on a solid foundation.
