ASCEND Program

ASCEND.
Advancing Students in Creative Enterprise and Nex-Gen Designs
It is the next program of AllieKits Network, Inc. We are designing a creative workforce pathway that will prepare young women in Long Beach for careers in video production, branding, and digital storytelling.

About This Program
Many young women in our community have the talent but not the access to creative careers. ASCEND is being developed to change that.

We are building a program that will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on projects that turn creativity into real opportunities. Once launched, graduates will be prepared to step into jobs, take on freelance projects, or even launch their own creative businesses.
